Inchree is located at the north end of Onich village, exactly midway between Fort William / Ben Nevis & Glencoe.
It is easy to find, being just 200 metres off the A82 main road.
Getting to our place by car
If coming from the south:

-
Drive all the way through Onich village, coming out of the 40mph speed zone.
-
Continue north through a series of bends and then turn right off the A82 at the start of a long straight. Look for the 'Inchree' sign on the left.
-
While on the A82, if you get to the Corran Ferry junction (the car ferry that crosses Loch Linnhe) then you've driven too far northward. Turn around and drive back 600 metres on the A82 to the Inchree junction.

If coming from the north: (from Fort William)

-
Inchree is located 7 miles (10 km) south of Fort William, and 600 metres south of the Corran Ferry junction.
-
Turn left off the A82 at the end of a long straight. Look for the 'Inchree' sign on the left.
-
If you get to the Onich village sign / 40 mph speed zone, then you've gone too far south. Turn around and drive back to the Inchree junction.

After turning off the A82 at Inchree:

-
Drive up the narrow lane for 200 metres, past some houses. (Please go slow as there are often pedestrians & cats on the lane.)
-
Our sign-posted entrance is on a right-hand bend in the lane.

Getting to our place by public transport
By Bus:

-
Inchree Chalets is a 10 minute walk from the bus-stop on the A82.
-
If you are coming from outwith the Lochaber area, you will usually be using the Citylink service. (Scotland's national carrier)
-
The bus-stop you get off at is called 'Corran' on the Citylink timetable. (Do not get off at 'Onich' stop on the timetable, as this is 1.5 miles further south.)
-
After alighting at the Corran stop, walk south (that's not in Fort William direction) on the pavement, alongside the A82 road.
-
Walk south for approx. 150 metres until you get to a left-curving bend in the A82. (There is a local bus-stop on this corner.)
-
On this corner, cross the A82 to the other side. (being careful as it is a blind bend for traffic)
-
On the other side of the A82 road, now walk along the path for 100 metres, past a pub-restaurant called 'RoamWest'.
-
Just after RoamWest you will see our reception building, up a track to the left. There is a large 'Inchree Chalets' sign on the exterior wall.
